In My Garden

The big leaves are daffodils, of course, while the small leaves are garlic mustard (Alliaria petiolata). This is a weeding battle I can never win: I knock it back every growing season, but every spring is just the same -- like I never pulled a one.

My daffodils are getting pretty big too. And I completely relate on the weeding issue. I get a good handle on it and then before long it's creeping back under the fence, that long grass that grows underground and has huge networks throughout the world. Bagh! Hate weeds!

I'm sure your garden will be plenty pretty even with some weeds.

Can't wait for spring pictures!
